These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StarWov website and the purchase of products from StarWov (the “Services”). 1) Eligibility & Account

2) Products & Product Information

  • We try to display products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary due to device settings.
  • Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.
  • We may limit quantities or refuse service where permitted by law.

3) Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellations

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
  • An order is not accepted until we confirm it and payment is processed.
  • Cancellations: Once an order is accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or changes.

4) Pricing, Taxes, and Billing

  • Prices are shown at checkout. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges for your order.
  • Taxes & shipping: Any applicable taxes and any shipping fees (if charged) will be displayed at checkout.
  • If we identify an error in pricing or product information, we may cancel or correct the order and notify you.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which explains remedies for damaged/defective items or incorrect fulfillment.

The Services and all content (including text, images, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by StarWov or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so these disclaimers may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarWov (and its affiliates, partners, employees, and service providers) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Services or purchase of products.

10) Relationship with Shopify

StarWov is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Purchases made through our store are made directly with StarWov. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and StarWov.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that disputes will be brought in the courts located in Hong Kong, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The updated Terms take effect when posted unless stated otherwise.
