Shipping policy

StarWov Shipping Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

We ship internationally from China via our fulfillment partners (including BuckyDrop and 1688 suppliers). This Shipping Policy explains our processing time, delivery estimates, tracking, and how we handle shipping-related issues.

1) Shipping destinations

  • We currently ship to: United States and Canada.

2) Processing time (before shipment)

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Processing includes supplier procurement and warehouse handling (e.g., inspection and packing). During peak seasons or for certain items, processing may take longer; if so, we will notify you by email.

3) Delivery estimates (after shipment)

Delivery time depends on the shipping route selected and the destination. For most orders, standard delivery typically takes about 5–15 days after shipment. In some cases (e.g., customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasons), delivery may take longer.

Important: Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

4) Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free (we cover the shipping cost). If expedited options are offered at checkout, any additional fee will be shown before you pay.

5) Duties, import taxes & customs fees

We aim to ensure you do not pay duties or import taxes for your order. If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly charges you an import-related fee upon delivery, please contact us at support@starwov.com with proof of payment (receipt/invoice). Once verified, we will reimburse or credit the verified amount.

This coverage does not apply if fees are caused by customer actions such as providing an incorrect address, refusing delivery, or failing to complete required customs steps when contacted by the carrier.

6) Tracking

Tracking is provided for shipped orders when available. After shipment, tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.

7) Address accuracy & changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.
  • If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

8) Delays, lost packages, and delivery issues

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolution.
  • Marked “Delivered” but not received: Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • Lost in transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier after investigation, we will offer an appropriate remedy (reshipment or refund) at our discretion.
